Life Story:
Born and raised in Nottingham, Chula became disillusioned with the lack of opportunities there. Seeking growth and a chance to make a name for himself, He moved to the state of Los Santos. Determined to make a positive impact, He chose to join legal organizations, aiming to better the state after witnessing its challenges. Through hard work and dedication, I climbed the ranks in every role I took on, eventually becoming a respected and well-known member of the state, although, something was still missing, no matter how hard he tried, he still found challenges and injustice.
Career Story:
Rising through the ranks with exceptional skill, he became known for his relentless fight against corruption and injustice. In every leadership role, he ensured those around him were both happy and efficient, fostering a network of friends and family within the state. However, after witnessing a friend wronged by a corrupt official, he realized it was time to take a different approach. Though he had always fought corruption from the outside, he now felt compelled to combat it from within, deciding that the only way to truly make a difference was to confront the corruption from the inside.
Outcomes:
1- Chula will use any weapon legal or illegal to defend himself in a shootout situation ( Note: if it's organization weaponry using it in a personal problem is not allowed)
2- Chula can rob and take bribes up to 100k
3- While off duty Chula can hack the GOV network connect his radio and listen in for personal use as well as his family and friends
4- In his spare time Chula can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill people for fun or to save his friends and all due to his love of violence
5 - Chula can break his friends/family out of DOC by giving them a USB with a virus and causing a prison break.
6 - Chula can buy or sell guns in anonymous places such as the black market to make money (Personal Weapons Only)
7 - Chula can smash bodycams off a person if he feels threatened, also hidden ones. ( Only 2 /try per situation )
8 - Chula can record from his glass eye due to his eye injury. (With RP commands, it has a built-micro-sd card)
9 - Chula is able to carry multiple pairs of handcuffs
