Ok here's the deal, if that officer lets u lose, you won't stand in one place and keep moving.. And how do u expect us to search you while moving around.

But while holding its still possible, The officer can hold you by one arm, and use the other arm to search you. So I don't think this should be considered Power Gaming.

And also I saw in 2nd POV u complained on how he knew your name, So as a LEO they get a Option to find out your identity under organization option, But that can only be used with a IC reason like now.
