I aspire to be the leader of families gang because I believe I possess the leadership skills, strategic thinking, and dedication required to guide our families to success also I am playing from 1 year. I have a deep understanding of the server rules, how thinks work in a gang I have an experience as a deputy in families, under deputy positions in other gangs and Mostly HC ranks in legal orgs. My goal is to ensure to became Families a number one gang in the city. Also I have lots of members in my family that help me in running my org with ease.

-My desired outcomes include serving one successful term without receiving any disciplinary action from the organization.
- Establish a dynamic, non-toxic organization.
- Give the city a gang to fear.
-Get 100% in gang turfs
-Hiring people for Graffiti and special team for it
-Hostage situations with LEO ‘ s , then Gun store rob , Store rob, Robbing in the highway
-FZ raids for gang ammunition
-Keep the gang active by giving bonuses to people

- Strict recruiting requirements; only hire individuals who are knowledgeable with all local regulations; reject and direct less-experienced applicants to the relevant rule sets for a second chance if they show devotion and conviction.
- Each participant will be motivated to keep up their diligent work for various gang activities like organising events, creating graffiti, gang turfs, robbing people in the ghetto, and taking hostages by being assigned to specific, structured teams and receiving the proper rewards for each participant.
- Preference for role-playing situations, such as meetings with gang leaders, law enforcement officers, and even civilian groups, to resolve IC issues.
