I would like to request you for my ban of GR 6.17 .
I got my mistake and learned from it and as of now I will use medal software for recording definitely. And if you will reduce my account ban it will be greatest as I have a good ranks in game and I want to maintain it

Dear sam
I was in an interview and found that the recorder I use is illegal for the grand RP i apologize for that as I was unaware that it's illegal and I accepted my mistake. And I will use other legal recorders as of now.
It will be the greatest help if you reduce my ban so I can enjoy it and grind I am in an org so I have to be active there and gain more experience for my future
