Dear Admin,
as you can See Here in the Forum Listed --> HERE That My Leader Application was Rejected Because of Punishment History. But As You can See, I Haven't Gone Into any Admin Punishment Jail or I Have Received Any Warning By Admins. and as Far As I Can Say, I Gave NG Leader Interview & Ballas Leader Interview Within This Month Only. So Suddenly, How did I Get a Punishment History? I Request You To Please Consider This as I love Playing RP & Wish for a Bright Future in the RP Life. Thanks in Advance

Proper decision taken, multiple punishments specially for provoking only this month, as the admin mentioned, keep it clean and apply in the future.
