Lia was born in Istanbul many years ago and not much is known about her. All that is known is that he has been working for Los Santos security for many years in different missions. Lia doesn't have many friends and is loyal to the friends she has around her. She has never been corrupt in the slightest, but recently her dearest friend was shot and killed by a corrupt cop. That was the turning point in her life.
Carrer Story:
In these times when everything changed, Lia's purpose and psychology changed too. After a long break she would no longer work for the state, but for her own interests and to avenge the loss of her friend. 4 Lia can use torture/pay to get information out of 10-15s (/try can only be used 2x per situation) (No UB)
5 When Lia searches someone they can ask them to drop their illegal items and keep and use for his self
6 Lia is able to try to break bodycams of people. (/try can only be used 2 times per situation)
7 Lia can plant evidence on a person and can legally punish them for the planted evidence ( No UB )
8 Lia Can Be biased, ( Not pulling His friend's weapons, Reducing the sentence )
9 Lia allowed to sell and buy items at the Black Market (Nothing from GOV and not on duty)
10 Lia can lie to 10-15s on things such as fake laws and the availability of a lawyer & not provide his ID to 10-15s to keep Identity Hidden.
