- I have been playing this game for a long time and I have a lot of experience legally and illegally, now I want to experience something else and that's why I want to be a leader
- I have been in a lot of gangs before and I have had the hc role in different gangs, I have a lot of knowledge and experience about this job, I think I can manage events (fz raid, store rob etc.) well, so I want to be a leader.

i will change the gange recruitment conditions, those who are experienced in this business will be able to join and roles will be organized according to everyone's ability. a nice turf team will be established for 100% turf. and events fz raid, hostage station, store rob etc. will be held almost every day and if we win them, big bonuses will be distributed to everyone. a log will be kept for all events and bonuses will be given for all of them
