according to gr 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN . this is the rule as you can see the pov i don't shoot at any person i am only shooting at car tires and i got warning and demorgan and removed from my org due to invalid punishment
