H.R.T: The Human Resources and Training Department: They are responsible for upkeeping SAHP with sharp discipline, work ethics, and last but not least, hiring and training every single individual in the San Andreas Highway Patrol, if you were to become an HRT agent, Your Job would be to discipline the SAHP employees, Train newcomers and even give some citizens interviews to become a Trooper!
