1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans: I want to become an admin to improve the quality of the server, teaching people of the city to avoid doing mistakes by making them understand and giving a beneficial solution for the both sides ( the mistaking party as well as the victim ). Sometimes punishment only worsen the quality of server as the mistaking party leaves getting no punish while the victim party gets punished. and I have seen a lot of admins overlooking one's mistake while taking side for one. Admin's role is to enhance the quality for players so that they can enjoy in the city. Sometimes talking with players decreases mistakes and they also learn a lesson and sometimes punish is the only way out.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
Ans: I have been in Unofficial Family as well as I have been in NG also.
3. What are your strengths?
Ans: Not taking any sides and looking for the best solutions. Calm and Sharp thinking, Eye for details, Good Communication, Consistency, Learning from mistakes and showing my skills, Respectful and Responsible.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Ans: Sometimes emotional.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Ans: Giving the best solutions to people so that they learn. Treating everybody as same without being disrespectful. Teaching new players as well as old players so that they learn in an enjoying manner.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Ans: I don't have any business so it's fine for me.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Ans: I am a working man as i am the only one bringing food to the family table. I work 7 hours a day. Weekends off.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration, or we should know for your application?
Ans: I want to make Grand RP to its best by contributing myself to the community so that less forums are filled, and Good Solutions are given for both New and Old players.
