2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans 2. (i) I want to be leader of EMS because it is my 4th organisation that I join when I come in city.I have experienced in ems also I think I can be a good leader and I can managed my term . I like to be help persons who come to hospital. I think I can make my staff happy.
(ii)In my term I will make best bonuses system and I will make good reletaions with other org's also . I will make sure I will my staff reached all emergecy calls at time and saved all the citizens who are in troubles and If I be the leader then I will get respect also . I think I can be a good leader as now it 3-4 months playing in city . I think now I am good experinced of all legal org's except LI .
(iii)I will create 3 deppartments (i)Ground Services (GS) (ii)(ARO) and (iii)Hospital Services (HS) and I mentioned above that I will pay all bonuses at time and make good releations with other org's I will make sure if I become the leader the first step I will do that only and I will create good ranking system also.I think I can be a best leader because I am polite in nature as well I have no anger.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans 3. (i) No Toxicity
(ii) Respect all player's in city
(iii) Promoting RP
(iv) Respect admins and curator's
(v) Making RP more realistic without any rule break
