2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

Ans 2 . (i) I want to become leader of EMS because I experienced in all legal org's and I am playing in city since 3-4months.I believe I can be a good leader since I have good leadership skills . I will give my best if I become the leader of EMS.

(ii) I will make best paying bonus systems for my staff . I will make sure to pay bonuses at time since I am experinced person I know all the rules about IC and OOC . I believed I can be a best leader.

(iii) In EMS there are 6th departments Hospital service (HS) , Ground Service (GS), Air rescue Officer (ARO), Human resource (HR), Labtech and Field training Officer (FTO).I believed I will run this all departments smoothly and I will make sure my staff will attend all calls at time . I believed I can be a best leader.
