The organization that is conducting the event:

The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
There will be a total of 20 participants, each participant will have to choose their partners and get in the same burger car, so there will be 10 cars with 2 people in each, participants will go from point A (richmond gas station) to point B (capital) and at capital, they will have to switch seats so the other partner will drive the car, from there they have to go to the casino horse track and find go karts which they will drive alone, so they will depart from their partners there, then they will have to go to FIB HQ and the first 3 to reach the destination will win 75k each.
Other organizations involved:
2 from each leo org and 2 from each gang.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Burger car, go karts,
Admin Requirements:
Spawn cars, teleport
Rules of the event:
No using guns and no killing, no patching up unconscious people if they do somehow die.
Prize for the winner:
$75,000 to the first 3 to reach final destination.
