Hey I got pulled in for a pc check and my game crashed then all of a sudden i'm banned for not doing a pc check and helping hackers. First of all I can't control when they game crashes so banning me for not doing a pc check without reaching out on discord or any other means is ridiculous. Secondly I don't even know how I am helping hackers, i don't understand how playing the game is with your family is helping hackers. I never break any rules when I play the game and I never shoot anyone outside of an event unless the shoot me first. There are no reports about me RDMing, VDMing, or any other rule breaks. I have no history of cheating or anything like that so punishing me for absolutely no reason or proof is unbelievable. Especially when everyone that I have met has had their game crash on them before, clearly its a game issue and to punish players for that is completely unprofessional. And when I reached out to the admin to do the pc check he tells me im perma banned and just ignores me.

here is me reaching out to King Spector and him refusing to do the PC Check with me and lying about my punishment. Admins should be more respectful of players especially when the player is the one who has to go out of his way to contact the admin.

You contacted me 15mins after your " game crash " asking me to do PC Check, No need for that because if you wanted to do the PC Check you would've joined the VC that you said you are joining, but you didn't and contacted me after that much time.
However, you helped more than 5 Cheaters today giving them money and items IN YOUR FAMILY , whenever a new cheater enter the family you give him money and items to help them.
All proofs sent to higher-ups, We don't tolerate cheaters and whom help them.
