Rejected Bann For Cheats

Hello Dear EN2 Admin Team, I am submitting this complaint because I believe I have been banned unfairly,I played on en2 for the first time about 3 days ago on August 19th, 2024. I created 2 acc and wanted to go to a few events with a friend and expand my visa level, so I played peacefully with my colleagues for 2 hours and left the server for a few days Later I logged in and suddenly saw that my 2 acc were blocked for no reason. I don't understand what I should have done.I assume that they banned me because of my name. If that's the case, I ask that you enlighten me because you are not allowed to ban me for cheating because of my name without a PC check. my name was a troll name Like plsnopccheck. I would be banned on both accounts, unfortunately I don't know more about my twink
