2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be the leader of Los Santos Vagos because i have been in gangs for many years and seen many things a gang lacks, I want to correct it
2.2 I was been Under deputy multiple times and i thought about to improve gang activities and add more events for engaging my gang members and i think its time for me to take over as a leader
2.3 In many scenarios i have seen members doing FailRp's, FearRp and Things which are against the Rules ,i want to correct them and make sure that they do a proper gang RP situation and avoid inappropriate Role Play
2.4 The main reason for becoming a leader is to guide others and I think with my experience i can properly guide my members
2.5 I have been in gangs for many years and have attended many events like Store Robbery, FZ Raid ,Gun Store Robbery and many Hostage Situations
2.6 I have explored in each and every gang in the city and with my IQ i know how to counter the State Org
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I can bring many improvement to to the Gang RP
--> I will search for a good HC to lead my fellow members
--> I will make sure that all the members do obey all the Grand RP rules
--> I only invite members after asking a strict level of question ,so that the gang wont get any warning
--> Ill make sure that all the i engage my members and teach them to do a proper RP
--> Will participate in Maximum events and make Los Santos Vagos on Top
-->I will make the graffiti to its maximum by spraying, for that ill plan a time and create a special squad for the graffiti
-->I provide more bonuses to the members because they work harder for spraying to maintain Vagos on top
-->Ill provide bonus for getting chute in Cland
+ 1st chute -$10,000
+ 2nd chute-$15,000
+ 3rd chute -$20,000
-->Ill also follow strict rules to maintain the gang
-->If the violate any rule spot Strike(derank) for that person
--> Ill make sure that all have body cams on when they enters an event and maintain that clip for 48 hrs

+ If I came to know that they are going to violate E.R 1.6 then ill kick them out of org
+ make sure that they wont violate E.R 1.2 and ill be there in any event to take actions

+ if they violate E.R 1.11 - Shooting outside circle/ shooting from HQ or shooting to HQ also ,if that occur then ill De rank them 2 times

--> When we are going to battleship they should come with the gang car ,and if i found anyone having personal car then 1x De rank
--> After battleship Only AR ammo and plates are been collected from members ,Rest shotgun bullets and others stuffs can be taken with them

--> For Capture of turf ill assign the best members to participate and provide bonuses for that
--> If they violate the robbery rule (4 people & 2 cars) -- 2 x De -rank for those who attended (any innocence with proper POV will be considered)

--> Will do atheist 4-5 events in a day
--> Any suggestions from the members will be considered
