Approved 9697 I Using drone for personal use

Hello,

So i was about to go into a informal org event with my family and i hear a drone flying around scouting the area. I made a ticket IC to gods to ask, they said if its a legal org drone then i need to report it, i also asked Sam LeBlanc if this is allowed and Sam LeBlanc said "They are using it for personal use make a report"

It's obvious that 9697 is using his ORG drone for personal use to see where other members are before entering the zone.
