Rejected CR Appeal - Sle_Azy

I was driving out the car park and a lambo pulled in my way, i held down the horn to let him know i was there and kept moving, but the lambo instead of avoiding me, he let me continue ramming him as he was blocking the path without accelerating forwards or reversing after the first and second inevitable rams, in the end my car (which is a large suv)continued ramming him and kept following up as its hard to avoid something so close up due to a large turning radius, and made it look like i locked on to do it on purpose. I then said to the driver to move and left the car park after he finally gave way. I still don't know why i was given this punishment and i feel like it is unfair for such a small inconvenience and at the time a poor judgement from both sides of the problem. I am still confused and i want clarification if possible.
