Dude first go and read the rules of filling a complaint. Its already 2 days from the date and proof he has mentioned. Plus the word due to which you are putting a forum on me is not a parental abuse. First learn the meaning of parental abuse and then come. Every word which containers mother/father/parent doesn't fall under parental abuse. First go learn and understand the rules properly and then come.
