1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have spent a considerable amount of time at SAHP. It was one of the very first organizations that I ever joined in the city. I worked my way up showing my skills and abilities for the organization and eventually rose upto the position of Undersheriff in Lola Swordthain's first term. Even apart from that, I worked as a Head of Department, Chief of Staff, Assistant Sheriff and District Attorney throughout different timeframes.
As stated previously, spending a lot of time in the organization allowed me to learn on how the organization really worked, its core fundamentals and other essential things. Learning how to lead the organization in missions and events, how to keep everything together in stressful situations and overall how to solidify yourself as a true leader to help stabilize things.
I've come to the realization that SAHP is seen as a "boring" or unattractive organization often due the repititive nature of the special missions. I've always wanted to explore some fun and innovative ways of doing things, maybe in the form of new special missions or perhaps other different things in the organization that can really help make the org fun and alive, and attract people towards it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First of all i want to talk about LSPD departments wich is from the most importent things.
Human Resources & Training Department: The Human Resources & Training (HRT) Department will be highly active every day, with a focus on conducting at least 4 Cadet and 4 Probie training sessions daily. It's crucial that HRT high commands check their emails regularly to ensure no critical communication is missed. Given its vital role within the SAHP, I will prioritize the smooth functioning of the HRT department, ensuring that nothing goes awry. Additionally, HRT will be responsible for initiating at least one open recruitment each day. I am committed to enhancing the department significantly, ensuring that new Troopers are thoroughly prepared and fully informed before they begin their journey as official Troopers within the SAHP.
Internal Affairs Department: The Internal Affairs (IA) Department will be overseen by the DAs, with a focus on fostering a more supportive work environment. Instead of immediately punishing Troopers for mistakes, we will issue a warning first. Following this, a member of the HRT will be assigned to supervise and guide the Trooper, helping them understand what went wrong or what they may have misunderstood. We will clearly explain the situation and emphasize the importance of not repeating the error, ensuring a constructive approach to learning and improvement.
Special Weapons and Tactic's Department: The Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Department will be required to conduct at least three Ghetto patrols per week. Additionally, SWAT will take the lead in all situations that occur on the highways, ensuring that these incidents are managed by highly skilled and professional Troopers. Given its unique role, SWAT is not a regular department; it is distinct from other units and requires individuals with exceptional skills. To join SWAT, Troopers must complete specialized training, ensuring that only the most capable personnel are included. This ensures that every situation is handled with the utmost expertise by SWAT members. The department will also be responsible for conducting special operations and developing tactics to counter gang activity. The SWAT leader, in coordination with the SWAT High Command, must develop strategic plans for each situation, focusing on key locations and tactical approaches.
