The F.I.B, GOV, LSPD, and L.I. have been invited by EMS to visit and showcase the newly designed layout and interiors of Pillbox Hill (PH) Hospital. While en route to the hospital, the law enforcement officers (LEOs) receive a distress call indicating that several gangs have infiltrated the hospital, aiming to steal all the medical supplies. The situation escalates as the gangs take the EMS Chief hostage, threatening to harm them if their demands are not met.
LEOs must devise a plan to enter the hospital through the backdoors to avoid direct confrontation at the main entrances. Their mission is to neutralize the gang members inside the hospital, prevent the theft of medical supplies, and safely rescue the EMS Chief. The event will challenge the teamwork and strategic planning of the involved organizations, as they must coordinate their efforts to ensure the success of the mission.

The event is won by the last team standing. If the LEOs successfully neutralize all gang members and rescue the EMS Chief, they win. If the gangs manage to eliminate all LEOs or escape with the supplies, they win.

- LEOs (FIB, GOV, LSPD, LI): The law enforcement organizations, along with EMS, will form a convoy and drive down to PH in RCVs. Their mission is to enter the hospital through the backdoors, neutralize the gang members, stop them from stealing the medical supplies, and safely rescue the EMS Chief.
- Gangs: The gangs will hold strategic positions inside the hospital, guarding the medical supplies and the EMS Chief. They must fend off the LEOs and try to escape with the supplies.

Vehicles/weapons needed:
- Vehicles: 2 RCVs for LEOs
- Weapons: Carbines and armor for all participants
- Teleport everyone to the event area.
- Spawn RCVs for LEOs.
- Provide all participants with guns and armor.
- No healing is allowed during the event.
- No use of juice or drugs.
- Participants must stick to the designated event area.
The event is won by the last team standing. If the LEOs successfully neutralize all gang members and rescue the EMS Chief, they win. If the gangs manage to eliminate all LEOs or escape with the supplies, they win.
