Hi Admin team
I’m reaching out to appeal the 30-day ban I received for not providing my POV, as required by ER 1.7 I want to start by saying that I completely understand why this rule is in place and Im really sorry I couldn’t comply with it and that's because I didn't have Storage for POV. All of this began when I was reported for bug abuse entering an event zone with a car. I just want to make it clear that I had no intention of abusing any bug. When I teleported out of the car, my hands were empty, which shows I wasn’t trying to gain any unfair advantage. I’m really grateful that the admins recognized this and saw that I wasn’t trying to exploit anything. Unfortunately, I couldn’t provide my POV within the 12-hour timer because I simply didn’t have it. I know this led to the ban, and I respect the decision. But given the situation, I’m hoping you might reconsider the length of the ban. There’s an event happening in the game right now, and the battle pass is ending soon, so I’d really appreciate the chance to jump back in and participate.
I’ve definitely learned from this experience and will make sure to follow all the rules more carefully in the future. Thanks a lot for taking the time to read this, and I hope I can get back in the game soon. (I got more storage now so this will definitely won't ever happen again).
