2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, I have worked for the majority of state organizations, so I am confident in my ability to lead successfully and enhance the org structure. I will also contribute towards making sure the FIB functions well and that everyone is on the same track with the goals we have set. As part of my leadership, I'll also mentor new hires to ensure their smooth transition into the org.
In my opinion, as FIB leader, I will be able to create an atmosphere that will enable everyone within the organization to engage with proper RP in a level that has never been done before. Improving roleplay within my organization is my top objective because I think it will have a cumulative impact on better roleplay throughout the city.
Aim to keep good relationships with all other organizations. I want every FIB member to always act professionally and with respect when they are on duty.In order to assist everyone in need, I will put a lot of effort into making the FIB an excellent organization as we interact with other organizations.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will focus on both quantity and quality in order to strengthen the RP and make FIB a better organization with good and experienced members.
Additionally, I'm demanding that every FIB unit receive training and development. Being involved in an individual's training and growth within the FIB is a fulfilling experience. It's critical to be ready to react wisely to a variety of situations.
To ensure that every city member has the opportunity to join the organization and try something new, we will work together to assemble a strong staff for the Human Resource and Training division.
