Reposting because of imgur glitch. I want you to request the P.O.V from Arvind of that pc check

I suddenly out of nowhere got text from Arvind (Curator of LSPD) for PC Check just because I posted rule breaks done by Leos and he said that I am trying to sabotage LSPD. I am sure of my innocence, and I agreed for the PC check. But I want to know one thing that if Leos do rule break, then posting it on forums is sabotage?
Second, even after finding me innocent Arvind didn't inform me what he had against me. But he shouted at me saying that he has proofs against me, and he didn't let me even know about it so, that I can give clarification against it
