Born and raised in Nottingham, Chula quickly grew disillusioned with the limited opportunities in his hometown. Yearning for growth and a chance to make a name for himself, he set his sights on the state of Los Santos. Driven by a desire to create positive change, he committed to joining legal organizations, hoping to improve the state after witnessing its many challenges. Through relentless hard work and unwavering dedication, he steadily climbed the ranks in every role he undertook, eventually becoming a respected and well-known figure in the community. Yet, despite his achievements, something still eluded him. No matter how hard he tried, he continued to encounter obstacles and witness injustice, leaving him with a lingering sense that his mission was far from complete.

Outcomes:
1- Chula will use any weapon legal or illegal to defend himself in a shootout situation ( Note: if it's organization weaponry using it in a personal problem is not allowed)
2- Chula can rob and take bribes up to 100k
3- While off duty Chula can hack the GOV network connect his radio and listen in for personal use as well as his family and friends
4- In his spare time Chula can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill people for fun or to save his friends and all due to his love of violence
5 - Chula can break his friends/family out of DOC by giving them a USB with a virus and causing a prison break.
6 - Chula can buy or sell guns in anonymous places such as the black market to make money (Personal Weapons Only)
7 - Chula can smash bodycams off a person if he feels threatened, also hidden ones. ( Only 2 /try per situation )
