1. I’m excited to express my interest in the leadership role at FIB because I believe my experience and background have prepared me to provide the right guidance. I’ve come a long way in the organization, starting out as a rookie and working my way up to a high command position through dedication and hard work. Along the way, I’ve been involved in everything from working with different city organizations to navigating legal structures and understanding gang dynamics. Having been a leader, deputy, and rookie myself, I have a deep understanding of how the organization operates, which I believe makes me a strong fit for this leadership role at FIB.
2.I’ve been part of this community since the very beginning, holding High Command roles in every organization I’ve been involved with. My goal is to use what I’ve learned to make positive changes during my term. As a leader, I like to stay approachable and friendly, helping colleagues with the rules and addressing any issues to keep things running smoothly. I believe in leading by example, treating everyone with respect, and sharing responsibilities to strengthen our team. I’m committed to creating a positive and memorable environment where everyone feels valued, motivated, and ready to contribute to our success.
3. I’m committed to giving newcomers the best training quickly and efficiently. To recognize hard work, I want to introduce a bonus system with daily rewards, so the team gets regular financial boosts to stay motivated. I believe in consistently showing appreciation for everyone’s effort and creating a positive work environment where people feel valued and driven to do their best.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I believe that building strong relationships is key to our organization’s success. I make it a point to connect positively with state organizations, encourage teamwork, and resolve conflicts to improve our overall performance. This collaborative approach not only makes us a better team but also creates a lively, positive work environment.
At the same time, I know how important it is to create a close bond within our own team. By treating each other like family, learning from our mistakes, and enjoying our work together, we create a fulfilling experience that helps drive our success. But being friendly doesn’t mean we let standards slip. I’m committed to making sure everyone stays professional, just as Federals should.
To grow our team, we’ll focus on recruiting across different time zones to ensure diversity and full coverage. Community engagement is also a big priority for us, so we’ll organize public events and run surveys to learn what people expect and care about. With that feedback, we’ll adjust our approach to better meet the needs of the community.
