-First at all i want to say that bloods is my favourite gang and want to make powerful and respestful like strongest gang in the city and give respect to other gang.
i have seen so many toxic player in the gang and i want to make sure there is no toxic player in my term's. and i will only hire the people that familiar with the rules because i don't want any warning or verbal warning. I have learned so many rules and also learned how to lead a event and situation as a high command. i would love to tell that i will do 100% Ghetto by my gang and 100% Graffities. so now i decided to lead a gang as leader. i will ask them some rules to join my gang so there will be no breaking rules.
-I have been to this project for 29 years(ic) so i have got so much experience and i think i have highly level of criminal orgs so i know everything and also will do so many situations and events so there is no more boring in city and make sure i am doing without breaking rules and i will follow every order perfectly so i think that is time to get a leader
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-As a gang leader i will do so many activities in my time and i will lead a gang carefully and will do so many RP situation like 24/7,Gun Store Robbery,FZ,Hostage Situation, And Other Situations. I will put effort into every way of my gang and i will help my gang member and will follow every rules and will be given a bonus and i gonna do that my gang have good enviroment and will control with respect and i gonna make good communications with citizens
