Jeremiah's Story: Growing up Jeremiah and his family were poor, and this resulted in his family clashing with LEOs more often than not. Seeing his family get treated like criminals made him want to do something about it and it inspired him to join Law enforcement so people in the same circumstances didn't have to go through the same treatment that his family did. He joined the Government to make a difference for families like his. Through his actions, He gained reputation with families as a kind officer that looked at more than just the offence, when he felt bad about putting someone in jail because of their circumstances he would apologize for them being led to that point by life and made an effort to show them the right way to live life, not like a criminal but as a respected citizen.
Career Story: Jeremiah although making a difference and changing how LEOs saw criminals also saw that the other officers were narrow minded and didn't care about the circumstances that brought the criminals to jail. He believed that some of the criminals that were put behind bars were there because of the cards that were dealt to them in life and wanted to help. He found out his colleagues were taking bribes for their financial gain, so at first he wanted nothing to do with them but after a while, he got close to those colleagues and they rubbed off on him. Nowadays Jeremiah maintains a delicate balance in his actions as a Law enforcement officer as well as a corrupt LEO, helping those in need when he sees fit.
