why did i get banned for GR 6.10 i thought GR 6.10 means if inuslt him in the discord grand rp server i only inuslted him in dm he could have blocked me but instead he kept chatting with me ​

you could not insult persons and not move to OOC all IC (that's actually also forbidden by rules)
