1. Leader of Leader of Emergency Medical Service [EMS].
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Answer:- When I came in the city 11 months ago Emergency Medical Service (EMS) was my first organization and I gained alot of experience from the organization genuine Emergency Medical Service (EMS) is the best organization in city.Now I will let will why I want to lead the best organization.
A. I had joined Emergency Medical Service [EMS] around 11 month ago and had experience as an highcommand for 5 terms After that I gained the experience to become high command, While I was highcommand in that process I saw that the employee had problem with proper guidline training new employee`s were confused about so many thing so to work with that I will hire better FTO to explain to teach new employee`s and I will make new training handler with proper information.
B. I would like to be the leader of EMS because I have previously been in EMS and seen what it is like and have a had a passion to be apart of it again and make it better than what it has been.
C. I want to make people to think about EMS its an very interesting organization and one of the fun organization in the city and also want to try reduce the amount of harassment to EMS employee`s as I feel it's affecting since a long while.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Answer:- My advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization is are as follows:-
A. I make new specific ARD training because there isn't a clear program for it yet. Creating a training structure and using videos for FTOs could make training faster and easier for everyone.
B. I'll make sure that employee issues, like harassment and disrespect, are handled properly by management.
C. To address our frequent supply shortages, I’ll host events to encourage participation in medlabs, helping us improve our medical supplies situation.
D. I'll organize fun events to motivate employees, improve teamwork, and inspire everyone to give their best.
FTO:
A. All Field Training Officers (FTO) will undergo specialized training to ensure they provide effective and high-quality instruction.
B. I will recruit highly skilled FTO who possess strong communication abilities and are capable of delivering excellent training to employees.
C. I will ensure that every FTO completes their specialized training before they begin instructing others.
ARD OFFICER:
A. I will introduce specialized training for ARD Officers to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
B. I will offer substantial bonuses to those who assist people outside the city.
C. I will ensure we have a strong ARD team that remains actively engaged throughout the city.
PSYCHIATRIST:
A. I will research to improve how we understand and treat diagnosed patients.
B. We will provide better diagnosis and treatment for mental health issues.
C. Collaborative approach with other healthcare professionals will be done every week.
SURGERY:
A. I will ensure that Surgery department will be active.
B. I will make sure that maximum employee`s get proper training for surgery.
C. I will make sure to Collect and use patient feedback to improve care.
Important things:
HS: Hospital Service will be active 24/7 with 2 Units in PH and 1 Unit in SH also Night shift events like (ACC,SUBS) will be covered with in this time.
GS: Ground Service will be covered mostly but especially at rush hour minimum with atleast 3 Units.
LT: TabTech department will be better with more medical supplies in both Lab and in Hospital.
ARD: Air Rescue department will be active and will have proper training this department will be especially be active from 10:00 to 22:00.
PSY: Physiology department will be improved by providing proper training structure and also deals with citizen 24/7 whenever they want.
