this admin says it dosnt count as CR because his car is high speed xD. so basicly what you are saying is that its allowed to do CR if the car is in highspeed..

i couldnt put on my body armor because he damage me with CR. if this thread gets rejected, i will also go 100% full speed and CR people there at the same spot
