Life Story:
Rover was born in kashmir. He spend some of his childhood days in kashmir. In bustling city, there was a young man named rover who worked as a software developer. He was known for his calm mindset and logical thinking. One evening, as he was walking home from work, he noticed a public servant FIB , who was patrolling the streets.
FIB employe was a stern figure, always vigilant and strict about enforcing the law. As Rover passed by, the inspector called out to him, asking for his identification. Rover, feeling confident and respectful, presented his ID without hesitation.
However, Inspector seemed to be in a particularly bad mood that day. He scrutinized Rover’s ID with an intense gaze and then asked him a series of challenging questions about his whereabouts and activities. Rover answered truthfully but felt the pressure mounting with each question.Suddenly, Inspector tone changed. He accused Rover of being involved in some suspicious activities and insisted on searching his bag. Rover was taken aback; he had never been in trouble with the law before. His heart raced as he complied with the inspector’s demands.As the inspector rummaged through his belongings, Rovers mind raced with worry. He couldn’t understand why he was being treated this way. So To Payback to Officer.He joined SAHP to get his revenge and started a new carrier there.
Career Story:
Rover started his carrier as a trainee in SAHP and in the first days he tried to find the corrupt FIB officer who had arrested him before, but he failed. After some years, he transfferd to himself to LSPD as he wanted to serve his country and make a city free of criminals. He was given a good position by one of his friends who was a high ranked officer in the army. Rover was working so hard in LSPD But corrupt FIB officer arrested him again saying he was a fake leo as he had some illegal stuff in his bag. This rose the fire of revenge in his heart more. So, after working hard for years he finally got himself into a high ranking position and brutally took revenge on the police men. This made him calm from inside but another fire rose when he figured out that those police men were the same who arrested him previously. But at that time he was going through a crisis and the police men took advantage of that and offered him a large sum of money in return of their life. Seeing the large sum of money, his innerself was not able to refuse it and took it in return of their life.
This is what started his corruption carrier. Realizing how easy it is to earn money through corruption, he regretted not being a corrupt officer from start. He soon started taking bribery for various reasons. The money that he earned from corruption, not only helped him live a stable life, but also helped him make his dream come true which was only cars and properties. Now he is the owner of various luxury vehicles and many properties.
Outcomes:
1. Rover can take bribes up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe.
2. Rover can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
3. Rover can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Rover can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
5. Rover can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
6. Rover can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
7. Rover can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
8. Rover can be frightened disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
9. Rover can take contracts or start random prison breaks due to his mental issues. (with Darknet task or using USB)
