Life Story:
Raiyan, the youth enthusiast who traveled; he went on tours abroad with his businessman father quite often. On one such trip, all family members visited Canada for business and were on a seven-day vacation there.
Everything looked great for the first four days; they were going together to the city and having fun. On the fourth day, Raiyan's father came to their hotel in unusual distress there was terror instead of his calmness . Raiyan was unaware of his father's distress .
The next morning proved to be a tragedy for Raiyan while he was playing on the beach. In his hotel room, he found his parents gruesomely murdered. On the wall was really a message: "If you don't pay, you're next." Horror was sent inside him. In utter disbelief, he fell to the ground, running his eyes over the nightmare in front of him.
Raiyan wanted to get home, but he figured all his father's money and cards were missing. This left him stranded with no way out. Things went downhill further when the police arrived and thought he had done something wrong, which they confirmed by mistreating him during interrogation. After days of pain, they let him go, understanding he was just another victim.
Raiyan was utterly devastated, and was alone un the streets of Vancouver; he did not give up rather wanted to know the motive behind his parents' murder. Nothing to lose, he outwards to America, determined to solve the mystery that had broken his life, for revenge.
Career Story:
Upon reaching the USA, Raiyan started part-time jobs to suppress the hunger and to keep himself going. Simultaneously, while working he learned the culture of the country, its laws and opportunities. His desire was very simple; he wanted to join the Highway Patrol of San Andreas. He made through his training with strong will and soon known as officer with perfection.
Then the worst happened: he was off-duty one day, having gone to a grocery store at that instant that it was being looted. Raiyan was a well-trained officer and knew how to handle any life-threatening situation; because of the off-duty situation, he had to do what the looters instructed him to do. Although all were safe when the police came and finally arrested the robbers, the young lad Raiyan got really frustrated, and he adopted a kind of helplessness that has been lingering inside him.
On his way back home, he saw something peculiar: the very thief was arguing with the just-caught police officers. Curious enough, Raiyan tried to get closer unnoticed and overheard a mind-blowing conversation: the officers were part of foul corruption, colluding with the very same criminals they were supposed to arrest. This finding destroyed his faith in the system.
While he had developed a bad thought in his head, at the same amount of time, it was that the shine of corruption was good. Shortly after that event, Raiyan got transferred into LSPD, Los Santos Police Department, where things were going exactly like he had seen before, and it didn't take a long time for Raiyan to rise in the strong department of corruption.
Rising through the ranks, Raiyan reached the top of the department and gained influence and power. But with power comes a dark side to it. He started becoming corrupt, sharing classified information with criminal gangs and crime families in return for favors. This promising, shining officer turned out to be cruel, overwhelmed with greed and the want of holding power, going against everything he earlier believed in.
Outcomes:
1. Raiyan can acquire, utilize, or sell legal (not ORG) or illegal weapons, both on and off duty, expanding his arsenal as he sees fit.
2. Raiyan has connections within the Darknet, allowing him to facilitate the escape of 10-15's from jail,Remove wanted star's, provided the right price is paid .
3. Raiyan is open to accepting bribes up to $100,000, leveraging his position to manipulate the legal system in favour of those who can afford his services.
4. Raiyan can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. [within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe]
