Hello Sir , So i was ban for gr1.1 in en2 and then i started playing on twink so after somedays my connection get lost and when i reopen ragemp it says i am globally ban (hardware ban) for using third party apps so after that i made forum in ragemp they said if i didnt used anything my ragemp will unbanned and samething happened but my all accounts on grand rp was permanent banned from ragemp i told them but they said there is no solution for it i have to make new accounts So can i create 1 account ?

I want to avoid gr1.6 that's why i want to take permission i am not a blacklisted person i was just ban gr1.1 in main and twink was safe
