I play games on a laptop that doesn't support NVIDIA technology, so I have to use other software to record my gameplay. I want to make it clear that I wasn't trying to cheat or break any rules. I just want to play fairly and enjoy the game like everyone else. The software I used is necessary for my game to run smoothly on my laptop. I understand it might have been seen as breaking rule GR 6.17, but I was only trying to improve performance because of my laptop's limitations. I'm very sorry for any confusion or problems this may have caused. Please see this as an honest mistake on my part, and I kindly ask that you lift the ban.
