Life Story:
Mert was born in Turkey. Mert was a child of avarage family his dad was State Employee and he decided to go from his fathers way and also thing about become a politician. Because of some bad sides of his country he always wanted to leave and move to Los Santos for better life and he worked hard for it he put years on it. And one day he learned that his big brother got attacked by gangs and lost his life and it let Mert to be more effective in his career plans he needed to finish his school to move another country and until the school ends he worked hard for his lessons and he also improved himself for a job such a LEO he gained strong and he improved his shooting skills in private polyogns and it was time to move Los Santos the beatiful city... He have a good knowledge and he was easy learner so he get used to city easily it was better than his dreams and his thoughts. Finially he was ready to do his dreams.
Career Story:
Once Mert is arrived to Los Santos he worked in decent works such a Taxi Driver , Post Officer , Firefighter , Electrician and he also work as trader until he meets the requirements to become a State Employee and LEO. He find GOV appropriate for himself to get used to work enviroments of LEO and worked hard and he become a HC and he continued with SAHP,NG,EMS,FIB,LSPD and become HC in all of the organization and he wanted to focus and future to become politician and he create his own party and got tons of supporters but because of some physical conditions he returned from being politician and he gained more and more experience in State ORGs but something went wrong he started going down and most of the citizens forgot about him and he was sad so he decided to be a corrupt officer to be a alone and he was all by himself.
Outcomes:
1) Mert is capable of using torture, interrogation to extract vital information, resorting to the harshest methods if required. ( No killing)
2) Mert can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do(2 times per situation)
3) Mert can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape and rob (Pickpocket)
4) Mert can break state laws while on or off duty. ( IC LAWS )
5) Mert can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
6) Mert can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
7) Mert can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8) Mert can sell or provide classified information to gangs/families or his friends.
9) Mert can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
