  1. Read this carefully. I was banned for RDM in city by Daniel Parks. I do not have my POV, so even though I had given him multiple warnings to not exit the vehicle, I won't contest the initial RDM complaint. However, Daniel Parks reviewed the video proof from the "victim" in question, and recorded himself breaking 2 rules, and Daniel Parks didn't do a thing about it. The video is around 5 minutes long. The "victim's" POV shows him driving straight to the shooting.
  2. As the clip is 5 minutes long, and he recieved no calls or texts, this is metagaming. How did his character know to drive straight to the shooting to help his friend? He couldn't have.
  3. The second offense is non-rp. As per server rules: "Non-RP - Doing things that are considered not sufficient to be considered good standard roleplay depending on the situation at hand. e.g running around a crime scene for no reason, dancing and screaming in a trollish manner in a serious situation, not roleplaying fear appropriately in situations realistically." Now tell me. Is it realistic to drive up to an active shooting, sit in your car for 10 seconds, and while you have a gun pointed at you, to exit the vehicle? That is not realistic in the slightest. That is not sufficient roleplay whatsoever. The "victim" literally recorded himself breaking 2 server rules incriminating himself and got away with it.
