Pikachu Bron at Sandy Shore. Pikachu grew up in a rough neighborhood in Sandy Shore, where he learned to drive at a young age to escape the street's danger. His mother died when Pikachu was born, His father was a government officer at Sandy Hospital, He got fired from his job and the government revoked his doctor's license during corruption. Nova lost this golden life and his family came to the street. Luckily his grandmother took him and tried to give him a good shelter to live. At this time 10 years, Pikachu hasn't forgotten what happened to him and his family and he making himself for revenge. Pikachu started working hard for money and continued 2 years of hard work life. But luck said goodbye his grandmother also died. But he didn't lose his mind. he moved sandy shore to Los Santos and started a new journey to Complete Sturdy. After completing sturdy he joined Lspd. That's the fast step of this revenge.

Pikachu join LSPD at 19 years old. During duty, Pikachu is good, fast, and honest at his duty. He joins the 2 most important departments of LSPD, IA, and HR. In a short time, he got a good position in both departments. After getting much information, when he got a chance to join FIB, I used his chance successfully to join at FIB, Pikachu knew that FIB is an Information storage, so he started doing hard work for promotion day by day. He makes a good name by his honest work. But Pikachu makes a turn he joins a gang and makes people support him. After some time he joins again at FIB but he gives some information to gangs. one day he gets the best chance to join a government party as a Minister of state Candidate.
Outcomes:
1. Pikachu can ask criminals to drop their weapons and items and keep them to him or sell them on the black market. (Not gov item)
2. Pikachu can be a hostage for money( 100k max)
3. Pikachu can kill people in the ghetto with family members for fun. ( Only off duty)
4. Pikachu can use Illigel Weapons when on/off duty such XXX weapons, Color weapons also Heavy snipers.
5. Pikachu can cuff anyone without any reason and ask him for money to release.
6. Pikachu can break the bodycam by using /try commands. (2 times maximum)
