I was waiting in the mountains untill i could get the goodies i needed for the office. Before they spawned, this person arrives alone, gave me UB demands and killed me.

bodycam from my side , i properly gave u demands but u didn't comply and u had a black magic thats why u didn't hear me + ur ping might be high cuz in my bodycam ur character was moving btw the main fact is anyone can give demands for fossil map items even if he is alone

There were no items at 8:14. I dont think killing someone just in case something CAN spawn can be allowed.

its allowed bro cuz its common sense that if i gave u demand and kill after XX:15 then it dosen't make any sense because u will already collect the item and i won't get anything thats why everyone gives demand to leave the area in XX:10-XX:14 now its totally upto the victim that will he leave the situation or will he fight and if he doesn't comply then he can be killed.
this is the proof i did the same thing with this guy too and he also submitted forum like u , u can see the results btw in this forum he got rejected thats why he deleted his bodycam but i'm sharing mine by seeing this u'll understand everything
