Rejected Blocked account without any notice.

GR 2.1 clearly says ""2.1 Names must be realistic, relate to names in the real world, and cannot be used names of famous persons. | Jail 10 min and change nickname,"" then why my account is blocked for 3 days without any notice, If the admins have given me a notice in game or by mail , i would have changed my name, and the admin blocked me for using political name but there is no rules for that. if there is that rule please update your rule book and add it ingame, Dont ban without warning,
