Dear sir I hope this appeal finds you in good health, this is not a complain against Admin Jonny Odds, this is an Unban Appeal and a very humble request sir.
Let me explain the whole situation.
This is between me and the deputy of my family Aryan.
It all started when me and Aryan were in Glory family but we had a disagreement and a fight with the leader which let to the division of family and me being a rich player decided to make my own family with Aryan being my deputy. Everything was going very smoothly, we were buying good cars and businesses + people were also joining. Given good numbers we decided to make the family an Unoff Org which we subsequently became.
Now comes the OOC problems, as soon as we became Unoff, I (leader) had to give very important exam and at this point we had very good numbers as well. This exam is yet to be conducted in late October and this is a top tier exam given its difficulty. I started to prepare but Grand RP was turning out be a distraction but I had also formed a bond with the members. With a very heavy heart both of us decided to do this crime so that we dont loose on this family. Sir Aryan only logged in with this ID for the tasks that could only be done by the leader. Our family had a technical glitch where deputies were able to get the cars from penalty parking but only the leader could spawn it at the fam parking. We have also made two technical forums for this issue. Aryan only logged in when we had to insure vehicles / get cars from penalty parking / assign a deputy (rank 9) or the other things that only a leader could do.
I know what we did was very criminal act given the general rules of you esteemed server sir. But this was the last resort sir, you can check with your admin panel that no scams / tax evasions were done, it was only done to maintain this family for which we sat down on the chairs for more that 8 hours a day. It was done to keep our low ranked family members happy. It was done to maintain the brotherhood within the Chambal Mafias. For this family sir we have sacrificed ourselves, this is an actually a FAMILY to us.
Sir I deeply condemn and regret my actions, if both of us are given one more chance we promise that we will bring in a new and and a more capable leader within our HCs which has a very clean background. Sir we are in deep guilt and are in deep turmoil. This is the hard work of our lives sir please give it back to us.
