Life Story:
Ralphyy is a 45-year-old Officer at LSPD who enjoys community work, Hunting, and helping out those in need. Ralphyy grew up in a Middle Standard family that worked the land. As years go by the already rich neighboring farms seemed to get bigger and bigger, while the Med income farms were becoming Poorer day by day as those were getting bought out by big farms for abrupt prices. Ralphyy's father had no choice but to rely on odd jobs, which often consisted of using the family farm as a base of operations for small-time criminals who secretly planted weed in between the crops. Ralphyy's father had no choice but to accept this dirty money. It was that, or lose their family farm and the roof that had kept them warm for many, many years.
When Ralphyy was 19, and 3 years after his father had started working with these small-time criminals, the police finally caught wind of what was happening at the farm. Ralphyy's father pleaded with the judge that he had no choice, but the judge found him guilty on all charges. Ralphyy didn't believe this happened and suspected there was more at play. Ralphy, being the clever person that he was, found out that both the judge and the state-appointed lawyer for his father were on the payroll of these small-time criminals. At this point, Ralphyy had lost complete faith in the government, the judicial system, and those who were supposed to take care of them.
Career Story:
Ralphyy originally joined SAHP under Rocky Waters term as a Probie. He quickly went through the ranks and eventually became a Captain Of SWAT, wanting to help others become a part of the force to fight crime and corruption. Not long afterward, That Term Ended he joined LSPD as Senior Task Force Under Mighty's term but after few weeks. Tony Gold Became The new Sheriff and offered Ralphyy a position as the Chief Of S.W.A.T. This position came with increased pay and Ralphyy's love for money, money that he never had as a child, made him accept this proposal. After a switch of Sherrif, Ralphyy transferred to LSPD as the Task Force under Jessica Odds Term and eventually became Chief of Staff under Ibti Loco's Term and Stayed as one in Tommy's Term, After the end of that term he joined Back SAHP as Chief of staff under Anderson's term and Became Assistant Sheriff Next Term, soon after seeing some of the newly appointed corrupt high commanders, He tried his best to make the department better but after seeing lack of support he Eventually took Transfer to LSPD as Chief of Staff under Billy Booth's Term also been undersherrif in SAHP Jayjays term And Ralphyy currently works as the Deputy Chief of police under the Current Amazing leader, Gustav Hill.
Due to Ralphyy's opinion of being underpaid as an LEO officer, knowing the struggles of being poor and the continuous failure of the government's social safety net. Ralphyy has decided to take matters into his own hands. Ralphyy has chosen a path of corruption. A path that isn't going to only benefit himself, but a path that will help others like him.
Outcomes:
1. As Ralphyy had a very clean History in his past Carrier and Always had a clean hand as a LEO, which means he can engage in any criminal activities while on or off duty
(this includes ghetto killing off-duty and robbing people off-duty, but not any directly against LEOS).
2. As Ralphyy No more Trusts the Judicial System and The goverment, therefore he can break any state law whether on- or off-duty
(CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, procedure for detention and arrest act etc.)
3. As Ralphyy Thinks that the Whole Judicial system is not enough to make people better and Thinks it is biased, so Ralphyy can; detain (up to 25 min), torture, interrogate, and/or kill anyone (following server rules and with RP reason).
4. Ralphyy Doesn't Trust Judicial system and believes its unfair, so he may reduce any 10-15s sentence and fines, but he may also increase them to a bogus amount (Up to 100k in extra fines).
5. Ralphyy may lie about any information relating to him in order to protect his own status.
6. Due to Ralphyy's desire and love for money and success makes him see the value in breaking 10-15s out of prison, therefore he may break any prisoner out of the DOC utilizing the Darknet only .
