as you can see I was roleplaying along even though he was insulting me I don't how I left the roleplay scenario when he clearly left the role play scene and start insulting me which is totally OOC.

If someone insults you doesnt mean the situation turns to OOC further more you proceeded to mute the person which could lead to avoiding of RP further in the situation yes the guy insulted you but any later RP will be affected by you muting him.

once we arrived at DOC i unmuted him and i didn't turn the situation to OOC i still kept the RP and was doing my things he was the one that was still going.
