Life Story:
Efe Valoroso family is an low class family. His father had a job at Gov he found case with full cash at back trunk many workers suggested his father not inform the government officials & instead use for himself. But his father informed the government about the money. Many people thought he was a coward & he doesn't know how to do business Efe got to know about this information and asked his father why he didnt take as they can make their family easily rich. His father replied “Loyalty is more important than cheating” & he suggested his son to never cheat. Efe felt the same like every other person thinks about his father. Efe thought making money is like an art and it doesn’t have definitions like legal and illegal. He then started leaving the house at night to hangout with friends, his friends were not the best of friends to be around. When being around his friends, they would make plans of getting money which included robbing ATMs and people. When Efe had money to spend whenever, he bought a revolver from the black market. He then started falling in love with the power of what guns can do, so he bought more and more guns from a range of pistols to machine guns. He did many illegal scams to earn money.
Career Story:
Efe decided he wanted to become good and wanted to give back to the community, so he became a FIB agent and treated people with good care. He has treated many people in and out of the Government. Since He worked in FIB. With being that he has felt people die in his hands over and over, he copped it and didn't have any feeling of seeing people die anymore and was starting to become cold blooded. Efe had his passion for guns. After getting off FIB duty he goes to his local gun range and shoots all his guns. Efe also had flashbacks of when he used to rob ATMs and people.
Outcomes:
1.Efe can take bribes up to 100k (cash and/or valuables) to let go of any 10-15 he detained (will use darknet if already processed).
2.Efe can sell weapons at black market off duty ( Not Org gear or Org Weapons ).
3. Efe can go to ghetto off duty.
4.Efe can participate in criminal activities with his family and friends. (Only when not in uniform).
5. Efe can refuse/lie about requesting lawyer, and can refuse to identify himself.
6.Efe can sell the confidential information to Gang members.
7.Efe can help prisoners to escape or remove criminals from wanted list and remove their criminal record.
8.Efe can look for and destroy bodycam (/try 2x per situation).
9.Efe can break any state law (CCOP, Firearm law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention and Arrest act etc.) , whether on- or off-duty.
10.Efe thinks he is not safe off duty so he carries ID off-duty all the times as well as an organization issued radio to listen in to conversations when off-duty.
