2.3 I want to implement my knowledge and RP skills to make the Bloods on top with minimal warnings.
2.4 To implement my leadership skills in my term and guide all my juniors as my friends and make this best and memorable term.

3.1 Increase in play time is the best key for increasing RP.
3.2 Regular events and with no rules break.
3.3 Giving personal assistance to juniors to increase their RP and give them best training to increase their RP Skills.
3.4 Bonus should be given on time so they will give time to Game and it will surely result increase in RP.
