so i did not know saying my mom could paly better than you is gr 3.2 i dont think thats neccesary he was calling me son of a bitch in the arena 6-7 times and i am getting punished well i just want my ban removed and be muted for even 500minutes

You were punished correctly, also if you got the proof against the other person for breaking Gen rule 3.2 you can report in complaint about player section​
