Since the beginning of my participation in the EN3 server, I was not fully aware of how to use the site to submit complaints or upload forms. As a result, I received a ban on my account. After a while, I created two accounts: a primary account for me and another account to use for twink. At that time, I did not know that having more than one account was against the rules.
Please understand my situation, as I am constantly being targeted by some people, and I cannot file complaints against them due to the ban imposed on me. They know that I am banned from uploading forms, and they constantly provoke me. I have no way to respond or defend myself.
In addition, I am facing a technical problem (bug) in the game that is affecting my experience. I would like to submit a form to the technical support team to solve this problem, but I cannot do so due to the ban. I hope that you can help me submit this request until the problem is fixed.
I sincerely apologize for what happened, and I hope that you understand that I did not know how serious the matter was at that time. If I am given another chance, I pledge to strictly adhere to all the rules and not repeat these mistakes.
