Rejected Non RP blocking and shooting

I was going to event but these 2 blocked my front. I said im going to event 3 times but they didnt event talk. Just these 2 got out of the car and start shooting me. Long story short they just blocked my front when i was going to event, i warned them at least 3 times but they didnt even talk and start shooting. I dont know whats wrong with bloods these days.
