Dear Sam and Pablo, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for my actions that led to my ban from Grand RP.
I understand that using mining bots is against the rules but it's not the case right now because i did not use that . I was stuck in the captcha and i had no chance to escape from it . Because of this i couldn't write in the left eye ( i dont speak in the game ) . And the following of this i got a ban.
I pray and hope that admins will understand my problems, forgive me and give one last to prove myself loyal towards the rules and regulations.
