The event scenario must be detailed and include the whole event:
Gangs have been planning on taking over and destroying the aircraft carrier because the air transport has been cutting off drug exporting from Los Santos, after the aircraft carrier was left barely armed, all gangs took over the main floor of aircraft carrier. In hopes of defusing the bomb and saving the aircraft carrier, LEOs will be pushing from the bottom of the aircraft carrier. The Bomb will be placed on a innocent civilian on the top of the aircraft carrier, they need to make sure not to kill the civilian but kill all the gang members.

Vehicles/weapons needed:
Carbines for both sides
Admin Requirements:
Give out Carbines to both sides as well as vests and teleport players
Rules of the event:
No teaming
No personal guns
Prize for the winner:
500k split between the remaining people alive
LEOS Goal: Kill all gangs / LEO touch the bomb
Gang goal: Protect the bomb / Kill all gangs
